Order Processing Time

Standard Products (e.g., Fasteners): Orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours.

Custom Fabrication Orders (3D Printing, CNC, etc.): Processing time varies based on complexity—usually 2–5 business days after file approval and payment.

You will receive order updates via email and/or WhatsApp at every major stage (Confirmed, In Production, Shipped, Delivered).

Delivery Timelines

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days, depending on location.

Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days (available at additional cost during checkout).

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to location, courier-partner delays, or force-majeure events.

Packaging

All orders are securely packed using ProtoMandi-branded packaging to prevent damage during transit. Custom parts are further protected using anti-static or cushioning materials where needed.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email/SMS/WhatsApp.

Delivery Locations

We currently deliver across India through reliable logistics partners. For bulk/B2B orders outside serviceable pin codes, reach out directly for assistance.

Delayed or Failed Deliveries

If your order is delayed beyond 7 working days, please contact us. We will escalate the issue immediately.

In the rare case of a lost or failed delivery, the ProtoMandi Guarantee ensures either a free replacement or a full refund.
